Tranquil Oasis in a Great Location
running fountains helpful staff really good service
The terrace was especially lovely. I appreciated the running fountains. The staff was always very helpful (Angela was really good).

a decent stay overall

The staff was very friendly and helpful (they greeted me with a smile every morning). The location was also good. It was close to metro stations. This made getting around the city easy.
The room I had did not exactly match the photos I saw online. The heavy, cumbersome keys were also a little inconvenient, i had to leave them at the front desk whenever i left (i almost forgot them a couple of times!).

the hotel is near pharmacies stores and restaurants i found the location convenient it made exploring simple and stress-free. the inner courtyard seemed like an oasis in the city offering a tranquil escape i often enjoyed moments of peace there with coffee. breakfast presented fresh and varied choices all proved tasty i especially enjoyed the high-quality coffee each morning seemed like a treat.
the room did not match the photos i saw online it lacked the vibrant decor i was anticipating though clean it felt a little bland.

the hotel staff consistently offered help and advice guaranteeing my needs met their commitment ensured a smooth and pleasant visit i found their availability and attention commendable each interaction left me feeling supported.

the room provided adequate space for someone traveling light and its cozy atmosphere allowed relaxation after day trips the bed offered restful sleep ensuring i was ready for the next day's adventures each detail seemed considered.

the hotel includes access to a courtyard which seemed like a small, restful world away from bustling city life i discovered solace amid green plants and quiet fountains it became my beloved part of the hotel, for sure.

Fantastic Stay Near San Giovanni Church
great location parking advantage star rating breakfast quality
The location is GREAT for business travelers. It sits just behind the San Giovanni Church. I found parking a significant advantage, especially here. The breakfast quality REALLY was great for the hotel's star rating.
The room used heavy, cumbersome keys that must remain at the front desk when leaving the hotel.

small room caused frustration
the staff were nice there so that's something.
i booked a small double room but it was tiny i could barely open my suitcase it was like a rip-off the room was dirty and not maintained well it was so expensive.

heavy keys damaged floor
The heavy keys at reception were a PAIN. I had to leave it every time I left the hotel, it WAS annoying. the air conditioning barely worked, so the room was hot. the room floor was damaged by water. i EXPECTED a refund that night, not days later, so frustrating.
