The staff was very friendly and helpful (they greeted me with a smile every morning). The location was also good. It was close to metro stations. This made getting around the city easy.
The room I had did not exactly match the photos I saw online. The heavy, cumbersome keys were also a little inconvenient, i had to leave them at the front desk whenever i left (i almost forgot them a couple of times!).

the hotel is near pharmacies stores and restaurants i found the location convenient it made exploring simple and stress-free. the inner courtyard was like an oasis in the city offering a tranquil escape i often enjoyed moments of peace there with coffee. breakfast presented fresh and varied choices all proved tasty i especially enjoyed the high-quality coffee each morning was like a treat.
the room did not match the photos i saw online it lacked the vibrant decor i was anticipating though clean it felt a little bland.

The location is GREAT for business travelers. It sits just behind the San Giovanni Church. I found parking a significant advantage, especially here. The breakfast quality REALLY was great for the hotel's star rating.
The room used heavy, cumbersome keys that must remain at the front desk when leaving the hotel.

The heavy keys at reception were a PAIN. I had to leave it every time I left the hotel, it WAS annoying. the air conditioning barely worked, so the room was hot. the room floor was damaged by water. i EXPECTED a refund that night, not days later, so frustrating.
